Qualifications

The only thing that really qualifies someone to help you is if they can meet your needs.  When you contact us, we can talk about how we can do that.  In the meantime, here are some things I've done:

Senior Management positions in private, non-profit (NGOs) and public organizations since 1984 (e.g., President/ CEO, Executive Director, Town Manager).

Taught graduate and undergraduate courses in public and private universities and colleges since 1992. Courses have included:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation (for Masters in Business Adminstration programs),
  • Organizational Leadership and Change Management (for a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program),

Personal Interests
Trying to understand how we got where we are: Philosophy, History, Archeology, Sociology, and Theology. Learning these things involves reading, traveling, contemplation and networking. The purpose, of course, is that unless I know how we get where we are it is impossible to figure out how to move toward where I want to be.
