How Do I enroll in Aretao Courses?
To enroll in any Aretao course you must first set up a free E-Training username and password. Once you have set up a E-Training username and password, you can purchase a course by either clicking on the course name at http://etraining.aretao.com or by clicking on a course's "Enroll Now" link in the Course Catalog.
When Can I Enroll?
All Aretao courses can be enrolled in at any time. This includes our facilitator moderated courses. Our facilitator moderated courses are designed to be asynchronous and are continually moderated and added to by our instructors.
What is your Withdrawal and Refund Policy?
If a participant finds it necessary to withdraw from a course, she or he is eligible for a tuition refund minus a $25 administrative fee if the following conditions are met: she or he has not viewed more than the first module of the course for which she or he seeks a refund. If more than the first module has been viewed, she or he is ineligible for a refund. Refund will be issued within 30 days from the written request.
